We need a new salesperson!

Are you passionate about retail? Do you thrive on the challenges found in a department store? Then you are the person we need for our team. We are now looking for a salesperson who can work extra as needed (approx. 5-10 hours/week) at our store in Hyllinge. It would be great if you want to help develop Rusta together with us!

Your role as a salesperson

Working in a Rusta store is fast-paced, varied, and fun. No day is the same! You will work with and take responsibility for different types of tasks every day; from cash register work and customer service to restocking and remodeling the store's departments.

Your responsibilities as a salesperson:

• to always prioritize customer and sales focus as the first priority and to contribute to achieving and exceeding the store's sales and profitability goals.
• to work efficiently with cash register work, store displays, pricing, inventory management, and restocking. (including inventories)
• to maintain order and cleanliness.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is over 18 years old and above all, you are a person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop in your role as a salesperson with us at Rusta. Straightforward communication, a positive atmosphere, and a cheerful demeanor are essential for you. You have a strong sense of service and find it easy to collaborate. As a salesperson at Rusta, the right attitude and mindset are the most important.
