Womsafe is a company leading the development of proactive and strategic safety training exclusively for women. Womsafe's goal is to help women reclaim their safety through comprehensive training – for both young and adult women. The intensive training programs we offer are Sweden's most complete and are based on society as it is today. Our training is appreciated and aims to be physically present throughout Sweden shortly. We cater to the private market, companies, organizations, associations, municipalities, etc., with various perspectives. We simply create extra safety for all women who desire it.

We are looking for someone to work with digital communication to contribute to increased dissemination, visibility, and sales of our product! Remotely from wherever you want!!

As long as a clear dialogue is maintained with the nearest responsible person, you will have great freedom to work wherever you want, and work independently in a way that suits you best.

You have no problem setting the table yourself because that usually results in the best outcome. This also means that you do not need to continue someone else's work with cleaning, changing design, etc. Instead, you will have the opportunity to build all channels and strategies you desire from scratch.

A UNIQUE opportunity for you who are passionate about this and who will certainly put you on the map, both due to the experience of having built the digital strategy for a company and also because of the product that carries a lot of goodwill.

We will of course train you about the product, and if you are a woman, which we would like (but it is not a requirement), you will also get to take the training yourself.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:

• Are creative, trend-sensitive, and communicative
• Are driven, curious, and have a burning interest in blogs and social media
• Are great at expressing yourself in speech and writing, both in Swedish and English
• Have further education in marketing, communication, sales, e-commerce, or similar that can be compared knowledge-wise.
• Have knowledge and interest in conducting campaigns focused on purchase conversion.
• Are analytical and structured as a person
• Are engaged and enjoy working both individually and in groups
• A strong will to succeed and enjoy standing out with your strategy.
• If you also have a network with influencers that you can create collaborations with! Yes, then you have a lot of work already prepared and can sharpen towards conversions.
• Can start quite immediately. We do not delay, so if we find the right candidate, we will proceed directly, so do not wait with your application.

As a person, you are social and outgoing, have an easy time making new contacts, and are good at communicating. You are also structured and self-driven and see positively that you will have a lot of freedom and responsibility in this role. A big plus is if you have experience running a blog/e-commerce, influencer marketing, and thus have a natural sense of expressing yourself on social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, etc.

It may also be that you are a whiz at digital and social media without studying or having studied it, so do not be shy. The results will speak for themselves.

The compensation model will be as follows, and thus very favorable for the right person with contacts, knowledge, and the right drive.

• We are sticking our necks out here and offering a high and pure commission salary for the first 3-4 months. This means that after three to four months, you have the right to renegotiate your compensation model if you wish (no requirement, you choose). Then we have solid facts to base our negotiations on so both parties have statistics to negotiate from.
• This means you will earn a commission on all your contacts and the conversions they contribute to.
• Commission on all warm leads your work contributes to that lead to conversion with the sellers in the next step or more commission for you if you close the deal yourself. Regardless, you will have a share of everything that comes from your groundwork.
• Commission on everything your collaborating influencers sell through their channels.
• Simply put! Commission on everything you have initiated. Since you will be alone in this role, you surely understand that it will involve a lot of money for the right person, with the right drive, right knowledge, right contacts, and who is really goal-focused.
• Don't forget!! You will represent a product that you can be proud and upright about in all contexts and situations, both privately and professionally. This is something you will want to offer your friends too!

We place a bit more emphasis on your personality and drive than what you have done previously because it is important for us to bring in a family member who will become part of our DNA in the company. Selection and interviews will be ongoing, so do not wait.

Degree of Employment: 20-50-80-100% (it is the efficiency and results that count here)
