As a Quality Specialist and Measurement Technician with us, you will be a key person in quality. 50% of the role is dedicated to quality investigations in production, which includes writing reports and presentations on quality deviations, and 50% of the role involves conducting measurements using setups via 3D CAD models (for dimensions) and hardness.

Our unit, High Voltage Breakers, has a global responsibility for developing, producing, and selling high-voltage circuit breakers for today's and tomorrow's energy systems.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive all or part of quality investigations, including documenting and presenting results.
• Regularly report and follow up on quality data, metrics, and KPIs.
• Setup and drawing of measurement objects and test running of measurement programs.
• Programming of coordinate measuring machines in the software PC-DMIS using 3D CAD models as a basis.
• Create standardized and customized measurement protocols.
• Evaluate measurement results and communicate them to the client, as well as respond to subsequent questions.

Your Background

• University degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• You are self-driven, willing to take initiative and make decisions.
• Knowledge of PC-DMIS programming and 3D CAD models is an advantage.
• Excellent command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience working with quality in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Lean Six Sigma, 8D, DMAIC, A3, 5Why, or equivalent.
