Job Description

In the role of Electrical Test Leader, you will be responsible for conducting tests in our high-voltage laboratory, a high-tech workplace that is rare in Sweden. The tests are performed on various cable systems for both customers and R&D projects. As a test leader, you ensure that testing is conducted in accordance with the applicable test plan and standards. You are responsible for your test halls/test sites and ensuring that all testing equipment is functioning and calibrated. You ensure that everything is in its place, done correctly - and with an eye for development, you see opportunities for continuous improvements and investments. You will lead a team of experienced assemblers who perform the actual test connections, as well as plan and document completed tests in test protocols and control cards, keeping timelines on track and well updated. The role of Test Leader also includes on-call duties.
