Bano Prefab is now looking for you who want to work as one of several service technicians in our service team. We envision that you have extensive experience as a craftsman and at the same time want to use your knowledge in a broader perspective to follow up on our project deliveries.

About the Position

In the role of service technician, you will be part of a service team that reports to the project manager for the various projects. As a service technician with us, you will follow the project from the moment the cabins are lifted onto the construction site until they are handed over to the end customer. Project profitability and customer satisfaction are two central parameters for the business, and as a service technician, you will be a key contributor to our success.

Your tasks:

· Self-inspections on the construction site of produced cabins

· Inspections with the customer before handover

· Inspections of warranty cases

· Carrying out repairs, following up subcontractors and our own employees

· Internal and external communication with our customers

About You

Your positive attitude towards your surroundings makes it easy for you to collaborate with others. Being able to influence and develop while contributing with engagement and drive to create good project results gives you extra motivation. You are union strong within relevant construction unions and see the benefit of working systematically to create continuous improvements.

We envision that you live in the Østlands area or Värmland. The position requires you to be present at our projects, as well as wanting to visit our office in Oslo and the factory in Töcksfors. The position requires a B driver's license and good communication skills in Norwegian or Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

About Us

Bano Prefab produces and delivers prefabricated bathrooms in steel fiber reinforced concrete with a focus on quality and tailored solutions. We deliver bathrooms for many purposes, with a primary focus on healthcare buildings and housing in Norway and Sweden. Prefabricated bathrooms in steel fiber reinforced concrete have many advantages compared to hand-built bathrooms and prefabricated bathrooms in lightweight materials.

In 2013, the Bano group purchased the factory, which has been producing prefabricated bathrooms since 2004. Bano Prefab is part of the Bano group, which has several business areas, including functional bathroom furnishings for the healthcare sector.

Our Factory

With a factory located along the E18, 10 minutes over the Swedish border, we have a central location both in terms of transport and factory visits. The factory is 100 km from Oslo and 430 km from Stockholm.
