What does the role of roofing technician at SVEA SUNFUSION AB entail?

• Build strong customer relationships and conduct site visits where you assess the condition of the roof, take accurate measurements, and analyze the needs for renovation or re-roofing,
• Perform inspections and leak detection, both visually and using technical equipment,
• Conduct waterproofing inspections,
• Provide recommendations for maintenance and repairs,
• Document and report inspection results,
• You enjoy building relationships and are eager to contact customers to follow up and inform them about our services in an engaging manner,
• The majority of your customer meetings are scheduled by our appointment setters, but you also have the opportunity to proactively find new customers on your own initiative during periods of lower demand.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for helping people and always strives to provide the best possible customer service,
• Has a desire to develop and learn more about technical services,
• Has normal to good computer skills and is comfortable using digital tools in your work,
• Is meticulous, solution-oriented, and flexible,
• Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with different teams is central to succeeding in this role,
• You enjoy working physically and have a strong safety mindset,
• Feel comfortable working at heights and see it as part of an exciting job,
• Have a B driver's license,
• Have previous experience in the construction industry and/or project work.

Other:

Working hours are flexible and variable and may therefore vary from week to week. We apply trust-based working hours.

To succeed in the role of roofing technician, you need to be adaptable and independent, as well as have a positive and outgoing attitude.
