Hallgruppen is looking for a dedicated and experienced Service Manager who wants to play a central role in building and developing our new service department. The position offers a unique opportunity to be involved from the beginning and shape the department's structure and working methods, while leading and motivating our service teams responsible for installation, service, and maintenance of tents and halls on projects throughout Sweden. The position involves traveling and operational work in the projects, making each day different from the other.
About the position
As a Service Manager, your main responsibility is to ensure that all service and installation work is carried out with a focus on high quality and customer satisfaction. You lead and develop the service teams, are responsible for resource planning, identify business opportunities, and build long-term customer relationships. You have a strategic leadership role while being operationally active in projects out in the field.

Who are you?
- Experience in leading and developing teams in the installation or service industry.
- Strong ability to plan and coordinate resources efficiently.
- A business-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Good knowledge of safety regulations and quality work.
- Ability to work both strategically and operationally.
- Flexible attitude, as the work involves traveling to our projects around Sweden.
