Arbetslivsresurs is now looking for a driven and goal-oriented individual who has a strong desire to coach individuals and match them correctly to jobs or education within the framework of the Employment Service's service Rusta and Matcha.

You will work in Motala. The position is at 50%.

As a consultant, you will carry out various initiatives at both individual and group levels, such as mapping of resources, application documents, lectures, organizing internships, and conducting coaching sessions. You have the opportunity to be creative and adapt your work to the individual, making the work both enjoyable and dynamic. You will also have close contact with employers/companies, so it is an advantage if you have good knowledge of the local labor market.

Experience and education requirements:

Option 1

Education: University education of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system).

Work experience: At least two (2) years of work experience equivalent to full-time. Part-time work can also be accepted if the combined working time corresponds to full-time for two (2) years.

Option 2

Education: At least one (1) year of full-time studies at post-secondary level with at least a pass grade.

Work experience: At least three (3) years of work experience equivalent to full-time in one or more of the following professions or tasks:

- Work management with personnel responsibility

- Recruitment.

- Transition work for job seekers.

- Study and career guidance.

- Handling of personnel issues (not just personnel administration).

- Work with labor market and labor market issues.

- Work with social and group psychology.

- Career guidance.

Part-time work can also be accepted if the combined working time corresponds to full-time for three (3) years.

It is advantageous if you have multilingual skills and/or have previously worked on similar tasks.

Interviews are ongoing, and the position will be filled by agreement. The position is a permanent employment, at 50%. We apply a 6-month probationary period.

The job requires you to visit employers, so you need to have a driver's license and preferably access to your own car.
