Do you thrive in a varied role with great responsibility and are you based in Marbella? We are now looking for a coordinator who is ready to be the driving force in the office. In this position, you will have a broad area of responsibility where you work with everything from administration and customer contact to supporting various departments.

We are looking for someone who is structured, service-oriented, and has the ability to keep many tasks running simultaneously – while still maintaining order and focus. As the hub of the office, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly and that both customers and colleagues have the best experience every day.

Responsibilities:

Administrative support: Manage phone calls, mail handling, office organization, schedule meetings, and notary matters.

Customer contact: Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email, assist in meetings, and help with translations if language barriers arise.

Government matters: Responsible for handling cases such as applications for NIE, residency, and pensions, as well as certain declarations.

Document management: Prepare and proofread newsletters, create and update Excel templates, and administer company formations and liquidations.

Internal coordination: Act as a link between different teams and ensure that the office's daily operations run smoothly. Help organize and improve workflows.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Good knowledge of English and Spanish, both spoken and written.

• Experience working with the Office suite, particularly Excel.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication skills and a sense of service.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
