About the position

Working as a lawyer with us involves qualified legal work as a legal representative for people with disabilities. As a legal representative, you represent and assist our clients in their contact with the municipality and the Swedish Social Insurance Agency. You participate in investigations and help our clients appeal incorrect decisions and proceed to court. You will have daily customer contact by phone or on-site with the client. As a lawyer at Humana Assistans, you are part of a legal department with 20 competent lawyers across the country.

The position is a permanent employment that begins with a six-month probationary period. Entry as soon as possible, or by agreement.

The location is at our office in Stockholm, but it is also possible to work from one of our offices in Gothenburg, Örebro, Lund, or Umeå.

Who are you?

You, who apply, have a law degree or equivalent education from a university/college in Sweden and preferably experience and/or interest in social care and administrative law. Experience in personal assistance or other connection to people with disabilities is meritorious. You are driven and independent. You have the courage to challenge and act independently, while maintaining a strong customer focus, good cooperation skills, and a structured way of working. As you will act as a representative for individuals in a vulnerable situation, we want you to be warm and empathetic with a positive outlook and have an easy time building relationships and inspiring trust. Your personal qualities will be of great importance.

To succeed as a lawyer with us, it is required that you speak and write Swedish fluently. The position will involve visits to our clients around the country, hence you need to have a B driver's license.
