Talent Acquisition Partner (Parental Leave Cover)
Are you an experienced and passionate recruiter driven to provide both hiring managers and candidates with the best experience and service? Look here! We are now seeking someone to strengthen our Talent Acquisition team for a parental leave cover from March 2025 to August 2026. In this role, you will:
- Be an important part of a wonderful recruitment team that has great drive and ambition. We laugh and have fun at work while delivering the highest quality.
- Work broadly with all roles within the company focusing on areas in IT, Marketing, Sales, and our product areas Horse, Sports, and Casino.
- Ensure that our recruitment processes are effective, qualitative, and provide a world-class candidate experience.
In almost all our recruitments, search work on LinkedIn is required. You will work closely with hiring managers, supporting them from the kickoff meeting to contract signing and onboarding our new colleagues. We enjoy having fun at work, and we believe that this, combined with a high pace of innovation, collaboration, and balance between work and leisure, is a good recipe for success.
If you are someone who wants to work for a company with a big heart and finds it exciting to create new relationships, you will thrive with us. We are looking for a colleague who has experience in independent recruitment work and experience in working with tech recruitments as well as search via LinkedIn. As a person, you are driven, take ownership, and handle challenges with a solution-oriented and positive attitude. You write and speak Swedish and English fluently.
