Your Role

Based on one of Sweden's most beloved membership programs, we have vast amounts of data that enable us to create precise and inspiring communication in our own channels. Your goal is to develop customer relationships and enhance loyalty among Åhléns members. The department is also responsible for communication for Åhléns subsidiaries Designtorget and Åhléns Outlet. Your tasks will include:

  • Ensuring that the right target group receives the right communication in our own channels such as email, SMS, and postal mailings, both for Åhléns and its subsidiaries Designtorget and Åhléns Outlet.
  • Together with our other Campaign Manager, be a superuser in our current communication platform Adobe Campaign
  • Create and follow up on personalized campaigns in various systems and ensure that the right member receives the right offer
  • Set up trigger and behavior-driven flows in the campaign system

You will be part of the Loyalty & Customer Analysis team, which consists of eight people, and you will report to the Head of Loyalty & Customer Analysis. We are a positive group that enjoys looking forward and seeing how we can improve in everything we do.

You Bring:

  • Experience in CRM with a focus on email campaigns
  • Experience with Adobe Campaign, Bloomreach, Antavo, Session M, Voyado, Salesforce, or other CRM systems is a plus
  • Preferably experience from the retail sector

About the Recruitment

The position is a parental leave cover for 1 year starting in November. You will be based at our headquarters at Dalagatan 100 in Stockholm.
