About the role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be a central part of our Customer Success team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will work via chat, email, and phone to resolve inquiries, guide, and create a truly great experience. We believe you are passionate about helping people, find solutions quickly, and enjoy juggling multiple tasks.

In this role, you will:

  • Have daily contact with our customers and be their trusted partner

  • Handle inquiries via chat, email, and phone

  • Actively contribute to developing our processes and ways of working

  • Be an important part of a team that builds top-class customer satisfaction

We believe you have:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role

  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written (Swedish & English)

This is a consulting assignment for an initial 12 months where you will be employed by HERO.
