About the position

This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting until the end of December. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for PreZero.

PreZero offers efficient waste and recycling solutions with a focus on customer needs and long-term sustainability. They collect and manage residual materials from customers' operations through recycling and/or energy recovery. In their daily operations, customer benefit equals environmental benefit. In Sweden, PreZero operates at about 60 locations, has over 1,100 employees, more than 50 recycling and reception facilities, and manages waste in about 40 Swedish municipalities. Their operations create value not only for the customers they provide recycling services to but also for the manufacturing industry and energy sector by refining waste into valuable raw materials for new production.

Job responsibilities

As a customer service representative, you will play an important role in the customer service team where you will handle and administer incoming support cases over the phone following a major internal system change. You will receive on-site training and work alongside your colleagues in the customer service team. The job suits you if you enjoy working with the phone as your primary tool and thrive in a focused and service-oriented environment.

Working hours are Monday to Friday between 07:00–16:00.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Receiving incoming support cases over the phone and then forwarding the information to the administrative department • Order placement  • Reporting any deviations or questions to the responsible contacts • Collaborating with other colleagues and receiving support from project managers

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Completed upper secondary education

• We prefer that you have work experience in customer contact over the phone or have previously worked in a service-oriented role

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Knowledge of business systems (e.g., order, invoicing, finance, and statistics programs) is an advantage

• Experience from the environmental and recycling industry is a plus

In the role of customer service representative, you are expected to be service-oriented, structured, and solution-oriented. You learn quickly and take responsibility for ensuring your tasks are performed correctly. You have a positive attitude and good collaboration skills – you enjoy working in a team but also have the ability to work independently. You are solution-oriented, ask for help when needed, and are happy to contribute to the smooth operation of the entire group. Personal suitability is highly valued.
