Do you have a 'can-do' approach and are motivated to bring value to our customers? We are now looking for a Sales Manager to join our sales team based in Finspång, Sweden!

As a Sales Manager at Siemens Energy, you will collaborate with regional sales teams to deliver order entry for our Medium Size Gas Turbine Service business, focusing on customers in the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and North America. You will have the flexibility to plan and execute your work, with opportunities to work both from the office in Finspång, Sweden, and from home. Your role will involve building relationships with customers and regional representatives, allowing you to build value and contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding service!

How You’ll Make an Impact

Quote, forecast, negotiate, and close service orders in collaboration with regional sales teams.
Maintain and develop relationships with regional entities and customer organizations.
Manage commercial risks and coordinate any technical issues as well as to handle the operative/strategic maintenance outage planning for your engines.
Be an active contributor to the continuous development of departmental processes, tools, and products.
Travel to meet with regional representatives and customers to strengthen relationships and understand their operations.

What You Bring

A strong customer focus and a business approach, with the ability to communicate the value proposition of our service offerings.
Proven negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships effectively.
Excellent communication skills, with a degree or relevant work experience, particularly in customer-facing roles.
Familiarity with systems such as SAP and SalesForce.com is a plus.
A collaborative spirit, ready to work in a dynamic team environment.

About the Team

You will be part of a diverse team, currently consisting of 8 colleagues. We work closely with the sales teams in the regions, but also Service Project Managers and Application engineers, together ensuring great service and customer satisfaction.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
