About the role We are looking for a curious and relationship-driven Client Executive who wants to step into a role with great opportunities for growth. Here, you will be part of a growth journey in the future of payment solutions, where you will learn complex B2B sales, work closely with both tech and marketing, and build strong partnerships with some of the largest e-commerce and retail companies in the Nordics.
Your future tasks You will be an important part of the team working with large e-commerce and retail clients. The focus is on creating, driving, and developing customer relationships together with experienced colleagues.
- Initiate and book meetings with new customers in the Nordic market
- Conduct needs analysis and understand the customer's business challenges
- Present payment solutions and package offers in dialogue with internal teams
- Build long-term relationships and contribute to customer success
- Work closely with tech, product, and marketing to create customized solutions
We are looking for you who To succeed in this role, we believe you have some experience in B2B sales, preferably within tech, SaaS, or fintech, but most importantly is your drive to develop. You do not need to know everything from the start – they place great emphasis on potential and willingness to learn.
- Have previous experience in customer contact in a sales role, such as SDR, Account Manager, or similar
- Communicate fluently in Swedish and English
- Have an interest in technology, e-commerce, or fintech
As a person, you are curious, engaged, and enjoy challenging both yourself and others. You are driven by finding solutions, creating value for customers, and developing as you take on more responsibility.
