As a salesperson at Coop, you are a key person in the daily pulse of the store. You meet our customers with warmth, curiosity, and a genuine interest in food. You inspire sustainable choices and help create a store where the customer experience is at the center.

Your tasks include:

• Creating a world-class customer experience – with joy in food, inspiration, and personal service.

• Picking products, fronting shelves, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and inspiring.

• Working with campaigns, signage, and seasonal adjustments.

• Handling cash register work and self-scanning.

• Being part of a team where we learn from each other and celebrate successes together.

• A workplace where sustainability is a given – both for the planet and for people.

• Varied working hours – day, evening, and weekend – so that we can be there when our customers want to shop.

The position involves work in the evenings and weekends as well as responsibility for orders.

You are a team player with energy, commitment, and an eye for the customer's needs. You may have experience in service or retail, but most importantly, you have the willingness to learn and contribute. Multilingualism and interest/experience in different cultures are also advantageous.
