We are now looking for a new star in customer service for one of our valued clients in Sundbyberg. Here you are welcomed to a warm and friendly workplace with a high ceiling and a good team spirit. The position is a consultancy assignment for 6 months with a planned start in September/early October 2025. You will work as a consultant through us at The Place and be placed at our client's office in Rissne, Sundbyberg. Working hours are office hours, Mon-Fri.

About the role The role of customer service representative involves responsibility for handling inquiries from the company's customers and resellers. You will manage cases via phone, email, and their case management system. The most common inquiries are about invoices, contracts, and payments. Here you will belong to a wonderful team of about 10 people where you together ensure a high level of service, and you will also collaborate with nearby departments to deliver top-class service!

Experience To thrive and succeed in the role, we believe you have some experience working in customer service and that you have had the phone as your primary tool. You enjoy working in systems, are meticulous, and can take on tasks independently. You are also results-oriented with a commitment to always delivering good quality and service. You are aware of the importance of structure and have an eye for detail. To fit into the team, it is also important that you are a person who is positive, caring, humble, and easy to collaborate with others.

The following background is seen as suitable:

• Some or a couple of years of recent experience in customer service

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Very good service ability

• High school diploma with a focus on economics or equivalent is advantageous

• Experience in finance, insurance, or similar is a plus

About the position

Start: September/October

Location: Rissne, Sundbyberg.

Scope:Full-time, Mon-Fri, office hours with the possibility of flexibility and working from home a couple of days a week after onboarding.

Employment:Consultancy assignment for 6 months.

A background check will be conducted on the final candidate.
