About the Position

We are now looking for a salesperson for a successful and long-established cleaning company. We are a reliable and experienced player in the cleaning industry that has shown good growth and profitability since 2012, along with high customer satisfaction that permeates the entire operation.

We are seeking an initiative-taking and committed person who wants to take a comprehensive approach to our sales. The role suits you if you enjoy building relationships, identifying business opportunities, and being out where business happens. You will work closely with the operation and be an important support to both management and team leaders in handling incoming inquiries and developing new customer relationships.

You will become part of a tight-knit group where your initiative is appreciated and encouraged while everyone helps and supports each other. You will also be offered great flexibility in managing your days.

Your Future Responsibilities:

You will focus on capturing new business and strengthening relationships with potential customers. Your tasks will include, among other things:

• Handling incoming inquiries and leads
• Booking and conducting customer meetings
• Preparing and submitting quotes
• Following up on sales activities and keeping customer dialogues alive

We are looking for someone who:

Has a strong drive and enjoys working with people and business. You do not need to have experience in the cleaning industry, although this is an advantage. Most importantly, you are curious, social, and willing to take initiative. You also have:

• Experience in sales
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• A valid driver's license and access to your own car

Additional Information

Start: By agreement

Location: Opportunity to work from home and on-site in Uppsala, Southern Dalarna, and Västmanland.

Scope: Part-time, with the potential to transition to full-time.
