Your Responsibilities

As a Technical Purchaser at Sepson, you will work at the intersection of technology, logistics, and production planning - from business, purchasing, to delivery. The role combines operational purchasing and production technical responsibility. Through a proactive approach and close dialogue with other departments, you ensure that all prerequisites are in place before production starts. The role includes:

• Responsible for purchasing components, subcontractor services, and system solutions
• Evaluate, negotiate, and develop relationships with suppliers, both nationally and internationally
• Ensure the right materials, at the right time, with the right quality and cost
• Participate in quotation and contract work and follow up on price, quality, and delivery
• Work proactively with supplier assessments and risk analyses
• Collaborate with production regarding product changes and new product launches
• Contribute to an efficient production flow through planning and monitoring of capacity and delivery times
• Initiate and drive improvement projects related to purchasing, logistics, and Lean

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a technical post-secondary education or equivalent experience, preferably combined with several years of experience in technical purchasing or production planning. If you have experience working in business systems, preferably Monitor, we value that highly. You are technically inclined, have knowledge of production flows, can read drawings, and have the ability to create long-term relationships - both internally and externally.

As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and meticulous. You find it easy to collaborate and are communicatively strong. For the role, it is required that you have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
