We are looking for a technical salesperson on behalf of our client, a Swedish company with large international customers in both the automotive and machinery industries. Here, you will be part of an organization with short decision-making paths, close collaborations, and a culture that values quality.

About the role

In this role, you will be an important link between the customer and construction. You will be responsible for building and developing customer relationships, providing technical advice, and developing solution proposals that fit the customer's needs. You will coordinate projects from start to finish together with both customers and your colleagues. You will have daily contact with customers via phone and email, as well as some customer visits – both within Sweden and internationally. This is a broad and varied role with significant personal responsibility, where you have the freedom to manage your workday.

About you We believe that you who are applying are technically skilled and enjoy understanding how things work – but you also have an interest in people and relationships. You like technology, but find it even more enjoyable to talk to people than to calculate details – that’s why you have chosen a path where you can combine both. You are comfortable handling customer contact and building good relationships, both with customers and colleagues. You have a sense of structure, enjoy keeping things together, and like to create solutions that make a real difference.

In the role, you will have a lot of contact with project managers and designers – therefore, it is important that you have some understanding of drawings and different materials to know what is possible when it comes to construction. Since the company operates internationally, you need to be able to express yourself well in both spoken and written English; if you also have knowledge of German, it is an advantage.
