About the Position

As an IT Specialist at LK Systems, you will play a central role in the company's continued digital development. You will be a key person in the team and have the opportunity to work broadly within the IT field while becoming an expert in specific focus areas.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Infrastructure: Drive and develop the company's infrastructure in both Azure and on-premise environments (this is your primary focus area).
• IT Processes and Governance: Ensure that the business follows effective ITIL-based processes and contribute to structured IT work.
• Network: Manage, monitor, and optimize network solutions to ensure stability and security.
• Workplace: Responsible for client management as well as the development and administration of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
• IT and Cybersecurity: Work proactively with security based on the zero trust principle and contribute to minimizing risks from cyber threats.

This is a broad and dynamic role where you have the opportunity to influence, develop, and grow together with the business.

Qualifications and Attributes

To succeed in this role, we believe you:

• Have at least 5 years of experience as an IT Specialist or in a similar role, with a good habit of solving technical problems.
• Possess deep expertise in Azure and on-premise infrastructure as well as Microsoft 365.
• Are curious and want to develop in new areas – we appreciate drive, commitment, and a willingness to contribute.
• Have experience with client management and SharePoint (meritorious).
• Have a good understanding of ITIL processes, networks, and cybersecurity (zero trust and handling of cyber threats).
• Are a team player who also enjoys taking personal responsibility.

• Other benefits: Collective agreement, Hybrid, possibility of 2 home days, 30 vacation days, and Crossfit on Fridays
