About the role

As a Technical Support Agent, you will help customers get the most out of well-known tech products. You will:

Assist customers via phone, email, and chat
Provide technical support and solve problems

Contribute to a positive customer experience

No previous experience is needed – you will receive paid training. You only need to be fluent in Swedish, have good English skills, and an interest in technology and customer service.
