About the Position Are you ready to become part of a fast-growing player in the eMobility sector? They are now looking for a Danish and Norwegian-speaking technical support employee for their international support team. You will play a key role in supporting customers and partners in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden with technical questions regarding electric vehicle charging stations. The position is based at the headquarters in Solna, where you will be part of an engaged and solution-oriented team with a focus on sustainability.

Your Future Responsibilities In this role, you will be the first point of contact for users, partners, and installers, primarily in Denmark and Norway. You will work service-oriented and technically across a wide range of cases via phone, email, and ticketing system (Zendesk).

• Provide technical assistance to field installers and support new partners in the startup phase
• Troubleshoot issues with charging boxes and related systems
• Contribute to improving internal processes and documentation within the support team

We are looking for someone who has a service-oriented approach, is communicative, and has an interest in technology and sustainability.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Danish and Norwegian, both spoken and written
• Very good knowledge of Swedish or English
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service
• Education or knowledge in electrical engineering, network technology, or equivalent

You are a team player who is structured, solution-oriented, and self-driven. You enjoy helping others and are curious about new technology in a future-oriented field.
