We are now looking for a digital communicator who can take a comprehensive approach to social media. The assignment involves making the organization's communication more targeted and relevant using digital channels as tools.

About the role

As a consultant, you will work both strategically and operationally, with particular responsibility for social media. You will be an important part of the editorial work and collaborate closely with both the communication team and other parts of the organization.

You are passionate about content production and can create engaging material in various formats – text, images, infographics, video, or photography – to make complex issues more understandable and messages more powerful.

The role also involves:

• Coordinating and driving the work with social media in line with legislation and internal guidelines
• Participating in daily management, planning, and publishing on social media
• Writing editorial content and coordinating communication with other channels
• Keeping up with developments in the field and contributing to strengthening communication in the long term
• Planning and implementing skills development initiatives

Qualifications

• Relevant university or post-secondary education in communication/media
• Experience in a similar role, especially within digital channels and content production
• Experience in coordinating or project managing communication initiatives
• Knowledge in setting up campaigns and managing paid content on Meta platforms and LinkedIn
• Excellent Swedish in spoken and written form
• Ability to create synergies between channels and messages with a clear target audience focus
• Documented experience in producing content, both text and graphics

• Contributed to achieving set goals for communication on social media and continuously followed up and analyzed statistics

Desirable:

• At least three years of experience in broad communication work in a larger organization
• Experience in communication within the public sector
• Knowledge of the DOS law

Personal qualities

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in social media who is structured, self-driven, and strong in prioritization. You are a team player with an easy ability to build relationships and inspire trust in collaborations. You also have the ability to quickly grasp new issues and translate them into effective communication.
