This is a part-time consulting assignment lasting six months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Intrum. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.

Intrum is a well-known credit management company. Their mission is to create a sound economy in society. They operate throughout Europe with around 8000 employees in 27 countries. The company has several locations in the Nordics and Sweden. In Sweden, there are about 450 employees, with around 200 at the office in Gothenburg. Intrum's workplace consists of a family-like and goal-oriented atmosphere. We are now looking for someone who wants to be part of their Front Office department. In Gothenburg, they are located in newly renovated stylish premises, centrally located with good connections.

Job responsibilities

As a Debt Collection Officer, you will sit at the heart of the operation and have the important task of helping people achieve a sound economy with the aim of becoming debt-free. The focus of this role is to receive incoming and outgoing calls from end customers, primarily via phone but also via email. This can sometimes be a challenging task and places high demands on your ability to meet people in a respectful and empathetic manner. You will receive basic training in debt collection to learn how cases should be handled, and you will also learn the company's working methods and systems. You will work alongside others in the same role as you, who value collaboration, having fun, and developing together.

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls to customers.
• Help customers achieve a sound economy through high service and humility.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Another main occupation of at least 50%, and at least one year left of studies.
• Previous experience in service, sales, or care is an advantage.
• Good system and computer skills.
• Fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing, as well as basic knowledge of English.

You love challenges and are service-oriented, while also having the backbone to remain calm in situations with upset customers. If you have worked in service and know exactly how to make customers feel secure and willing to open up, that is definitely a plus.
