Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for an experienced air freight forwarder for an assignment with a client in Gothenburg. In this role, you will be an important part of the air logistics flow and work in a broad and independent position with significant personal responsibility. You will handle multiple parallel cases and play a central role in ensuring efficient and quality-assured transport in an environment where the pace can be high at times.

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning, coordination, and execution of air transports
• Booking and ongoing follow-up of shipments
• Daily contact with customers, airlines, agents, and other partners
• Preparation, review, and management of transport and freight documents
• Ensuring deliveries according to applicable agreements, timelines, and regulations
• Handling deviations.

About the Assignment:

• Scope: Full-time, long-term
• Employment Type: Consulting assignment with the possibility of takeover by the client
• Location: Gothenburg

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, we see that you have a background in air freight or other international forwarding. You are confident in working independently, take responsibility for your tasks, and drive your work forward on your own. In a pace that can sometimes be high, you maintain focus, work structured, and always have customer service in mind.

You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, and are comfortable working in various business and transport systems. Experience with Cargowise is a plus.
