Customer Care Advisor with Sales Focus to Advisera – Gothenburg

About the Role

 

As a Customer Care Advisor at Advisera, you will work with active sales towards existing customers. Your main task is to develop customer relationships, increase order value, and broaden the customer's service portfolio through needs-based advice.

The role is clearly sales-driven and involves daily contact with customers, primarily via phone but also through digital and physical meetings. You are responsible for identifying business opportunities, presenting relevant solutions, and driving the business all the way to closure – with a focus on long-term relationships and repeat business.

 

Your Responsibilities

 

  • Active sales and upselling to existing customers

  • Regular phone contact for follow-up, needs analysis, and business development

  • Broaden and strengthen customers' service portfolio through relevant offerings

  • Work goal-oriented to increase order value and customer lifetime

  • Extend and renew customer agreements

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional and businesslike advice

  • If necessary, contribute to prospecting and developing new customers

 

Who Are You?

 

You have experience in a similar role where sales via phone have been a central part of your work. You are business-driven, thrive with clear goals, and have a strong ability to build trust and close deals through dialogue.

We see that you:

  • Have experience in sales, customer responsibility, or advisory in a similar role

  • Experience from the telecom industry or related B2B/B2C sales

  • Are used to working with the phone as the primary sales channel

  • Have documented good results in upselling or customer development

  • Are structured, self-driven, and motivated by making deals

  • Communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written
