Your role at Iver? In this role, you will lead the operational administrative function within Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Service Billing – responsible for daily management, quality, and system administration. As the leader of a team of about 12 employees, you will be a central part of our finance function and work closely with the Head of Billing, Accounting Control, Contract Management, and other parts of the organization.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and coach the team within Transactional Services – responsible for AR, AP, and Service Billing.

• Ensure efficient, accurate, and high-quality management of customer and supplier ledgers as well as invoicing.

• Be the system owner for Accounts Payable and related workflows.

• Drive improvement and development initiatives within processes, systems, and workflows.

• Ensure quality in VAT and tax management, good accounting practices, and compliance with internal policies and procedures.

• Actively contribute to change and transformation efforts within Billing and Finance.

• Collaborate with other parts of the finance function to develop the overall Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) flows.

Furthermore, we believe that you have:

• Several years of experience in financial administration or accounting in larger companies or Shared Service Centers.

• Good experience in operational leadership with personnel responsibility for teams within accounts receivable, accounts payable, or invoicing.

• Competence in legal accounting and group accounting.

• Good understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes, preferably with experience in developing these in relation to the area.

• Very good system skills and experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central/Navision.

• Experience with AP Automation software, preferably ExFlow and its approval rules and system administration within AP, as well as experience with digitization and automation within financial processes (e.g., scanning, e-invoicing, RPA).

• Fluent language skills in Swedish and English – both spoken and written.

Desirable experiences:

• Experience from the service, IT, or tech industry with recurring revenues, where invoicing of time, subscriptions, or services is included.

• Previous work with internal control, quality assurance, and process improvement.

• Knowledge of VAT and intra-group flows.

Location: Iver has 25 locations in the Nordics. For this role, we see that you will be based at our office in Alingsås.
