Do you want to sell something that truly makes a difference? We are now looking for a business-driven B2B salesperson who wants to help companies develop their skills through training packages and custom-built education. You thrive in dialogue with decision-makers, enjoy understanding needs deeply, and excel at taking the deal all the way to contract.
About the roleIn this role, you will sell training to corporate clients – both ready-made training packages and tailored solutions. You will drive the entire sales process: from prospecting to needs analysis, quotes, negotiation, and closing. Often, you will become the client's advisor on competency issues.
Examples of tasks:
Prospect and contact companies (outbound) as well as handle incoming leads (inbound)
Schedule and conduct needs meetings with HR, CEOs, team leaders, and operational managers
Map competency needs and propose the right training solution (package or tailored)
Prepare quotes and plans together with training managers/trainers
Negotiate and close contracts – and follow up on delivery and customer satisfaction
Build long-term relationships and develop existing clients
Work goal-oriented in CRM with pipeline and forecasts
Training packages (clear offers with fixed scope and price)
Custom-built training tailored to the client's goals, level, and operations
Opportunities for recurring collaborations (e.g., annual plans, competency boosts, onboarding programs)
You are a salesperson who combines energy with structure. You enjoy opening doors, but even more, creating trust and winning deals through good advice.
We believe you:
Have experience in B2B sales (services/solution sales) and thrive with longer sales cycles
Are strong in customer dialogue: ask good questions, listen, and take control of the process
Have drive, perseverance, and enjoy working towards clear goals
Are structured and follow up – you don’t lose threads in the pipeline
Communicate confidently in Swedish (and preferably English) in meetings and writing
Meritorious:
Experience selling training, HR services, consulting services, or subscription models
Familiarity with working with HR/L&D, COO, production managers, or other business owners
Experience with CRM and the ability to work data-driven (activity → pipeline → close)
A clear onboarding and product training in our training and offerings
Support from the training team to quickly package and quote correctly
Freedom with responsibility and short decision-making paths
Competitive salary with commission/bonus model linked to results
