Your role

The Procurement department is responsible for efficiently managing the purchasing order process, both for stock replenishment and directly for customer orders. Procurement is part of the supply organization together with Sourcing, strategic purchasing, and logistics. As a purchaser (procurement) with us, you will be an important link between our suppliers and our sales organization. You will work to ensure high delivery precision, good availability, and high service levels in both delivery and communication.

As a purchaser with us, you will be responsible for:

• Placing orders to the central warehouse and local districts
• Monitoring orders and handling discrepancies
• Ongoing contact with suppliers in Sweden and abroad
• Ensuring the supply of our products
• Collaboration with internal functions within sales, logistics, and purchasing

The department consists of five employees, and you will be part of a competent team with a high level of knowledge and a family-like atmosphere. The position is based at our headquarters in Gothenburg.

We are looking for someone who

• Is communicative and enjoys working in a structured manner
• Has an easy time creating and maintaining good relationships, both internally and externally
• Has at least a high school education, preferably in technology or a related field
• Expresses themselves fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Has a good ability to plan, execute, and follow up on your work

It is advantageous if you have previously worked with purchasing or in a role with many supplier contacts, but this is not a requirement. We value diversity and would like you to complement our team with your skills, experience, and personality.
