About the roleAs an Account Manager B2B – Telecom & Business Services, you are responsible for developing and managing corporate clients who want to modernize their telephony, switchboard, and communication.
You drive the business from the first contact to closure and follow-up, with support from established processes, CRM, and colleagues with extensive experience in the field.
Your main responsibilities:
Prospect and develop new corporate clients (B2B)
Conduct needs analysis within telephony, switchboard, and communication solutions
Present and package solutions that create business value for the client
Prepare quotes, drive business to closure, and follow up
Build long-term customer relationships and your own customer portfolio
Collaborate with internal teams for a comprehensive delivery to the client

Have experience in sales (preferably B2B or service sales)
Are used to working towards goals and taking responsibility for your pipeline
Thrive in business dialogues via phone, digital meetings, and customer meetings
Enjoy consultative selling and relationship building
Speak and write fluent Swedish
Meritorious:
Experience in telecom, IT, or subscription-based services
Familiarity with CRM and structured sales work
Fixed monthly salary + attractive commission model with no cap
Clear onboarding and training in telecom, products, and sales methodology
Ongoing coaching and support from experienced managers and colleagues
