About the position

This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting for 9 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at STR Service. There are good opportunities for extension of the assignment.

About the company

STR Service AB is owned by STR Förbund and acts as a service company for its member companies. The service company is located in Landskrona and offers its services to members and customers across the country. STR Service is responsible for the federation's member services, providing support to the federation and member companies. The service company delivers products and services for professional driver education, organizes further education in various areas, and works with both opinion formation and monitoring in traffic, technology, and the environment. The service company produces educational materials and digital training services within driver education. The company also develops IT systems for digital education.

Here, you will work in a close-knit team of five people where holistic understanding, quality, and having fun together are highly valued. Internally, consultants quickly become an integral part of the organization and participate in everything from development meetings to company parties.

Job responsibilities

As a Business Analyst at STR Service, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing the organization's needs and then transforming these into clear and prioritized requirements for the development team. In this role, you will facilitate workshops and continuously engage in dialogues with superusers and other stakeholders to ensure that the needs are well understood and documented. You contribute to breaking down requirements into manageable parts, such as user stories, and ensure that the development team has the information they need to work effectively.

You will be responsible for structuring and quality assuring the requirements management and supporting the development team in their work. The role also involves participating in planning, prioritization, and follow-up of development efforts, as well as contributing to ensuring that systems are developed in the right direction and that processes are streamlined. The work mainly takes place on-site in Landskrona, with potential travel to Linköping and customer visits as needed.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Desirable with post-secondary education with a technical focus

• Documented experience in driving requirements management processes within IT or system development

• Good understanding of agile working methods

• Experience working with user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
