We contribute throughout the entire lifecycle from vision to feasibility study, through to implementation, acting as a cohesive link between business and IT.
We work closely with the business on assignments with great variation, where the focus often lies on transforming business needs and regulations into feasible and well-founded solutions. Assignments may involve conducting feasibility studies, initiating projects, capturing fundamental requirements, or leading the requirements work all the way to clear, unambiguous, and verifiable requirements. In our work, we collaborate closely with architects, project managers, business experts, and requirement stakeholders across different parts of the organization.
In the role of IT Business Analyst, you will have a central and driving role in ensuring that business needs, regulatory conditions, and technical requirements are translated into clear decision-making grounds and actionable IT solutions.
Your tasks will primarily consist of:

- Analyzing and describing functional, non-functional, and regulatory requirements
- Driving analyses towards clear conclusions and recommendations for various scenarios
- Creating consensus, structure, and direction while ensuring priorities and progress
- Collecting, structuring, and documenting requirements in a traceable and quality-assured manner
- Preparing clear decision-making grounds and preparing cases for steering and management groups
- Acting as an IT Business Analyst with overall responsibility throughout the assignment's lifecycle
The location is at one of our Saab offices in Stockholm, Malmö, Gothenburg, or Linköping. Flexible work is possible depending on the assignment. Travel primarily occurs nationally.
