About the role

As a 1st line technician, you are the first point of contact when our customers need help. You will handle cases via phone, email, and chat – everything from quick fixes to more complex troubleshooting.

A common thread in the job is to always deliver world-class service while keeping everything organized by documenting everything in the systems.

We believe you have/are

  • High school or post-secondary education in IT (or equivalent experience).

  • Maybe you have completed a vocational training program and had an internship – great!

  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

  • Knowledge of (or curious to learn more about):

    • Active Directory

    • Networking (DHCP/DNS, TCP/IP)

    • ServiceNow

    • Troubleshooting

  • Experience with Windows (Linux is a plus).
