Do you want to use your technical breadth and analytical sharpness to make a real difference in everyday life? We are now looking for a senior and solution-oriented System Developer who wants to take overall responsibility for systems, tools, and data support in a mission-critical environment. In this role, you will be a key person ensuring that systems and dashboards are stable, user-friendly, and continuously improved – always with a focus on quality, efficiency, and user benefit.

You will work closely with the business and support daily operations by managing, troubleshooting, and further developing existing systems and digital tools.

• Ensure operation, performance, and reliability of systems, dashboards, and digital tools

• Troubleshoot technical and data-related issues

• Identify root causes of recurring problems and document solutions

• Provide user support and guide colleagues on how to best use the tools

• Identify improvement opportunities within processes, automations, and data flows

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to further develop system functionality

• Ensure high data quality through ongoing controls and maintenance

• Participate in system upgrades and implementation projects as needed

• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work

• Experience with data systems, reporting tools, and operational dashboards

• Good experience in methodical troubleshooting and problem-solving

• Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset

• Experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, or similar

• Ability to work independently but enjoys close collaboration with stakeholders

• A natural drive for continuous improvements and high quality

• End date: December 31, 2026

• Scope: Part-time 50% (20 hours/week)
