Now there is an opportunity to become part of our dedicated and innovative team within the business area of Digitalization & Business Development. Your contribution will be important in the exciting digitalization and transformation journey we are on. In the transition within the energy sector, data and information are key assets. To meet the climate challenge and an increasingly connected society, we are driving larger initiatives with new technology, advanced analytics, and new collaborations. As an information architect, you will be responsible for developing Öresundskraft's architectural capability within information governance and will help create a new Öresundskraft for the future.

Your everyday life

As an information architect, you will be responsible for structuring, analyzing, and describing the organization's information and information needs. The role is part of the Digitalization and Architecture team, where you will work alongside IT architects, business architects, and product owners, and be led by Markus Palmgren.

You will gain a wide network and be at the center of events in a leading energy company, while your home base is in our small dedicated team that both develops and has fun together. Since the role is new to us, you will be involved in shaping it. In your daily work, you will:

• develop and drive the long-term planning for how the information architecture should evolve in the short, medium, and long term, and continuously follow up on progress
• structure and describe processes and information flows and create an overview and insight into the information and data being managed to contribute to increased value and efficiency in the business
• support colleagues in how to work with information and data and have close collaboration with other architects, data scientists, data engineers, and information owners in the business
• work with data governance, information models, data security, and other aspects related to information architecture
• promote collaboration and participation in the business and facilitate the strategic shift within information governance

Who are you?

You enjoy working together with colleagues and closely with the business and take great responsibility for delivering results. With us, you will have the opportunity to work at an overarching, tactical, and to some extent operational level, so it is important that you enjoy keeping together an area of responsibility and working broadly.

To thrive and succeed in the role, we believe you have:

• Relevant education in IT, systems science, data, information, or equivalent
• Experience in information architecture, information modeling, data architecture, or master data
• Good understanding of how data is used in analytics, BI, and decision support
• Ability to connect business needs to information and data models
• Experience with complex IT landscapes with many systems and integrations
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

It is meritorious if you have experience in:

• data governance
• coaching other architects and information owners
• working with capability-based planning
• working with change management
