We are now looking for an Accounting Assistant to be placed at our fantastic office in Södra Stigamo. Your Responsibilities:

In the role of Accounting Assistant with us, you will have an exciting everyday life where you will be responsible for customer invoicing, both in Sweden and Norway. You will also work with managing green technology and administration related to the Tax Agency. An important part of the job is to have contact with our customers – questions and cases are handled smoothly via Zendesk – where you will have the opportunity to contribute with both service and problem-solving. In addition, ongoing work in the accounts payable will also be part of your duties, where your accuracy and sense of structure will be beneficial.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is structured, responsible, and has an eye for detail. You thrive in a role where you can combine administrative tasks with customer contact. It is a requirement that you have previous experience working with accounts payable as well as extensive experience in administration and customer service. It is also required that you are accustomed to working in various systems such as Excel and have a high data maturity to create structure in your work.

We currently work in Zendesk, Visma Net, and Semine, and it is advantageous if you are proficient in them. It is also highly advantageous if you have some form of post-secondary education.
