We are looking for a curious and driven individual for a central role where you support development teams with IT infrastructure, operations, and installation of modern development environments. You will be an important link between IT and development – with tasks that ensure environments and tools function smoothly and comply with applicable guidelines. Here, you will have the opportunity to grow alongside experienced colleagues in an environment where technology and societal benefit go hand in hand.

In this role, you will be responsible for our development environments and server rooms, ensuring they are well-functioning, updated, and tailored to the needs of the business. You will work with installation, maintenance, and updating of operating systems, primarily Windows 11, and ensure that the right software and tools are in place for our development teams. You will have close communication with internal IT functions to ensure that all solutions comply with applicable guidelines and that only approved software is used.

An important part of the job is to support the development teams in their daily use of central IT tools, such as Teams and .NET-based environments. You will also be involved in working with agile methods according to SAFe and contribute to the development of solutions for critical societal systems, such as those within police, emergency services, airports, and traceability systems.

Your role involves many points of contact, and it is important that you can communicate clearly about technical needs and solutions. You act as a bridge between IT and development, where you explain and guide rather than assume – always focusing on creating safe and effective environments for the teams' work.

The role is based in Gothenburg with an immediate start.
