About the Role

We are looking for a Business Controller for an international industrial company with a strong local presence in Småland. The role is broad and operationally close, with a particular focus on production, analysis, and business support. You will work closely with both the finance department and operational functions such as production, purchasing, logistics, and sales, becoming a key person in creating insights and foundations for business decisions.

The assignment includes driving analytical work, monitoring key performance indicators, and developing reporting structures and working methods. You will play a central role in linking financial understanding with the needs of the business and contributing to creating effective and sustainable processes. The company is part of a global group with manufacturing, sales, and development in several European countries, which means you will operate in an environment where local production meets international business flows.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with broad experience in controlling, preferably with a background in the manufacturing industry. You have a good understanding of business flows and thrive in a role where you can combine analysis with business development. You are comfortable working both independently and cross-functionally, have good system skills, and are used to communicating with different parts of the organization.

You have a genuine interest in improvement work and are curious about developing both processes and tools. Since the corporate language is English, you need to be able to express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.
