Kylslaget has been working with air-to-air heat pumps since 2007 and is now an established player in climate-smart solutions for individuals and businesses. We are in an expansive phase and are now looking for an engaged and driven customer service representative who wants to help take our customer experience to the next level.

About the role As a customer service representative at Kylslaget, you will be the first point of contact our customers and suppliers have with the company. The role requires you to be accustomed to working at a fast pace and feel comfortable with both phone and computer work. You also serve as a central communication link between our salespeople, technicians, and other colleagues – which places high demands on your ability to collaborate and your solution-oriented approach to work. The position is based at our headquarters in Vallentuna, Stockholm County, at Fågelsångsvägen 16. Work is conducted on-site during daytime, Monday to Friday, between 07:00 and 16:00.
