Responsibilities

As a senior project manager at Granitor Systems, you have extensive responsibility that spans the entire project lifecycle. Your main responsibility is to lead and plan projects within electrical power and substation contracts. You set up timelines, budgets, and ensure that projects are executed according to plan, both technically and economically.

You have overall responsibility for the projects, which means you follow the entire process from the quotation stage to completion. This also means that you continuously follow up with production staff and the quality of the work to ensure that all phases are delivered according to specifications, on time, and within budget. You are also responsible for material purchases and resource management, which means you ensure that the right materials are available to keep the project on track. Additionally, you manage resource allocation and ensure that both personnel and equipment are used effectively to achieve project goals.

In this role, you are also responsible for maintaining good and continuous communication with customers. You are their main contact person throughout the project and ensure that their needs and requirements are met. This includes customer meetings and handling any changes or additions to the project.

Finally, you are responsible for the project's finances. This means managing the budget, invoicing, and ensuring that the project is executed in a profitable and businesslike manner.

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

• Several years of experience as a project manager in electrical power

• Completed education in electrical engineering or equivalent

• Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Driving license B, as travel is included in the position

As a project manager at Granitor Systems, you work independently and have a large responsibility for driving projects from start to finish. You are used to taking initiative and making decisions to solve problems and keep projects on the right track. At the same time, you enjoy collaborating closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure that all parts of the project are delivered according to plan and within the established frameworks.
