ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for our client living in Boda, Rättvik municipality. The job involves 24-hour shifts with waiting time during the night. The working hours consist of 5 night shifts and 2 five-hour shifts on a 4-week rolling schedule. The client requires double assistance 3 days a week.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• From 08:00 to 08:00 the next day 
• From 08:00 to 13:00

Start date is October 1st

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a man in his 30s who has an acquired injury affecting his motor functions. As a personal assistant, you will be the client's extended arms, supporting him in all daily tasks as well as during certain medical appointments. You will also be available for activities and other things the client wishes to do in his daily life. ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone who sees humor as an important tool in the job. You have a twinkle in your eye, a good sense of humor, and believe that a dose of irony can be fun. The most important thing is personal suitability and that the chemistry between you and the client is good. Since communication is important, you need to have a good command of the Swedish language. Our client prefers female applicants.

REQUIREMENTS

• Driver's license B 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in healthcare and social services 
• Training as a nursing assistant, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
