Job Responsibilities

The tasks vary depending on the area you work in. Common tasks include:

• Investigating and processing cases according to applicable legislation
• Documentation and administrative tasks
• Meeting and supporting clients.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work (210 credits) or social work student who has completed semester 4.
• Driver's license (B)

Adapting your communication to different situations, purposes, and recipients is natural for you. You take initiative, are courageous, and have the ability to separate issues from individuals. As a person, you have a humble approach in your collaboration with others. Additionally, you have the ability to see what needs to be prioritized, are efficient, and use resources to achieve results in the best way possible. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and have a good ability to use computers and phones in your work. We place great importance on personal suitability.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience in public authority work
• Experience with the Lifecare system
• Experience with BBIC

About the Workplace

The Social Services is part of the Social and Education Administration in Ludvika Municipality. We have about 120 employees organized into five units: Investigation Unit, Support and Welfare Unit, Foster Care and Family Law Unit, Open Care Unit, and Labor Market and Integration Unit.
