Due to illness, we are now urgently looking for an experienced Payroll and Finance Manager to join our growing team.

Position Overview

As the Payroll and Finance Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the company's payroll administration and financial processes. Your main tasks will include:

  • Primary responsibility for payroll administration
  • Management of our consultants' various (sometimes complex) package solutions for salaries and other personnel-related compensations
  • Invoicing and self-billing
  • Ongoing bookkeeping, accounts receivable and payable, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Incoming and outgoing payments in various currencies (primarily SEK, EUR, GBP, USD)
  • Budgeting and forecasting work
  • Year-end closing and annual reporting
  • Contacts with employed consultants, authorities, auditors, and external partners
  • Development and streamlining of financial routines and processes
  • Project accounting
  • Monthly control of each individual project's assignment contribution margin (TB 1)

Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with Fortnox payroll, invoicing, and accounting software
  • You don’t need to be a computer nerd, but you should be comfortable and have a knack for working in various applications and software solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Super important!
  • Quick and timely feedback on inquiries via email and phone from both management and consultants is highly valued.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Good understanding of tax laws
  • Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in Swedish and English
  • Experience working as a payroll and accounting consultant is a plus but not a requirement.

Salary

Base salary: 45,000–48,000 SEK depending on experience and competence.
