Zymego Up to 15% of all healthcare visits are left empty due to late cancellations. At the same time, healthcare queues are growing, and the administrative burden on healthcare personnel is increasing.
We have developed a solution that automatically fills late cancellations. With our solution, patients can get an earlier appointment and manage their bookings themselves, which means fewer empty slots, relief for healthcare personnel, and shorter waiting times for patients. So far, we have reduced waiting times for patients by 1700 years.
Zymego is a rapidly growing startup backed by venture capital firms Industrifonden, Spintop, and Icebreaker VC Your mission with us We are now looking for a Junior Customer Support & QA Specialist – a key person in the team who will support customers in getting the most out of Zymego while also working with regular testing and quality assurance. Through close contact with customers and patients, you will be in touch with those who use Zymego in their daily lives, while ensuring that the product works flawlessly and meets our standards. This provides a unique opportunity to learn how digitalization and innovation work in practice in a startup. Your main responsibilities:
- Work closely with our customers providing support via email and phone.
- Conduct thorough and regular testing of the product, under the guidance of our Product Manager.
- Support our Customer Success Manager in implementation processes and other customer-related tasks.
- Ensure that the product meets the required standards.
- Regularly learn about new features in Zymego and new integrations with journal systems, to effectively support customers and test the product.
Who we are looking for
You love meeting new people and are passionate about innovation, digitalization, and exploring new tools.
Qualifications
- Academic education at a university or vocational college.
- Experience in a service role, customer support, or a similar position requiring top-notch service in stressful situations.
Preferred qualifications
- You have worked in customer support in the healthcare or dental industry.
- You have experience in industries that require handling difficult situations and people, such as healthcare, correctional services, social services, security, or restaurants.
- Experience in tech and startups.
Personal qualities:
- Quick to learn digital solutions and IT systems, both new and old.
- Strong analytical skills.
- You provide world-class service to all types of people, in all situations.
- Attention to detail in everything you do.
- Quick to absorb and memorize information.
- Ability to work in a structured manner and carefully follow processes and routines.
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
- Motivated by challenges and taking responsibility.
