It is once again time to strengthen the team for the upcoming peak season. Autumn and Christmas are the busiest and most fun times of the year, and we need several amazing employees who love service and quality to complement our sales and support team!

It is important that you have the willingness to deliver top-class service, whether in direct contact with customers or through support to our regular sales staff. You love the feeling of being able to support someone in a way that makes them feel secure and satisfied.
Previous experience in customer service and/or sales support is an advantage but the most important thing is your personal qualities and your willingness and ability to do a good job. If you do not have any previous work experience, we see it as a positive if you complement your application with grades from school/education. You can easily attach documents in the next step.
As you will be an important relief for our regular staff during a limited time when there is much to do - it is important that you are a quick learner, confident in taking your own initiatives, and accustomed to working with computers and data systems as tools.
Main Responsibilities
- Handle incoming support inquiries via email and phone
- Manage dialogue with our partners and suppliers
- Handle and deliver gift card orders (physical and digital gift cards)
- Other administrative tasks as needed/possible

Desirable Skills and Experience
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook
- Experience with Zendesk
- Experience with Magento
- Experience in customer service/support
- Experience as sales support/coordinator/assistant
We Offer
- Temporary employment during the period of October-December/January with a chance of extension
- Working hours Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM during training (October)
- Working hours Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) for the remaining agreed period
- Hourly wage according to agreement
