We are looking for an experienced project manager who will be responsible for planning, executing, and driving the implementation of Swedavia's new extranet based on Optimizely. The work will be carried out in close collaboration with both the supplier and internal resources from IT and the business.

As a project manager, you will be responsible for the entire execution: from planning, decision-making materials, and steering group work to completion and handover, including the preparation of the final report. The role requires good collaboration skills, responsiveness, and strong leadership.

Mandatory requirements:

• Documented experience in planning and executing web-related projects
• Good understanding of technical implementations, integrations, and communication solutions
• At least 5 years of experience as a project manager
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Completed web implementations in larger IT environments with complex organizations

Desirable:

• Experience from working in airport operations
• Knowledge of project methodologies such as XLPM or equivalent
• Previous experience implementing Optimizely
