The Service Support Specialist is responsible for proactively interacting with customers via phone or email to identify needs and determine appropriate actions or escalate for further review and will be based at our new office in Helsingborg, Sweden, with the possibility to occasionally work from home according to company policy.
In this role, a typical day will look like this:
• Create work orders for repairs and maintenance
• Create quotes for repairs and maintenance in our system (ServiceMax)
• Upload contracts for bench service and licenses
• Create credit notes and re-invoicing
• Collaborate with other service sellers and sales teams to improve processes; engage in the department's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through visual management and countermeasures where appropriate
• Coordinate daily tasks to balance the workload within the admin team
• Ensure that we have internal instructions (SOP) for common tasks and that they are followed
The essential requirements for the position include:
• Fluent or native in Swedish
• Advanced level of English and Danish
• Previous 3 years of progressive administrative experience in a business-to-business environment, including experience working with various administrative systems and proficient use of PC and software (Office suite)
