Job Responsibilities – District Nurse in Primary Care and Digital Health

In the role of district nurse at Kry Östertull, you will work variably with outpatient work, counseling, and your own care reception. You contribute to good and safe care by:

• Assessing, planning, and performing health and medical care interventions independently
• Providing telephone and digital counseling
• Administering vaccinations, wound care, health checks, and other primary care tasks
• Collaborating closely with doctors, nurses, psychologists, and others in the team
• Participating in team meetings, internal development, and quality work
• Contributing with expertise in nursing issues

Qualifications and Characteristics – Apply for the Role of District Nurse at Kry

• License as a nurse with specialist training in district nursing
• Experience working in primary care is an advantage
• Good ability to work independently and in a team
• Service-oriented, professional, and patient-focused
• Flexible and comfortable working both digitally and physically
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, spoken and written
• Technically interested and comfortable with IT-based systems
